Due to the handmade nature of our bracelets, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at baxtersbeadsteam@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Exchanges If the bracelet size doesn’t fit, we offer a one-time exchange for a different size within 14 days of delivery, provided the bracelet is unworn and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items that cannot be replaced. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
